How to Sell
There are 3 ways to sell with us:
List items yourself
1◦ Download the Young Loved app for FREE on the App Store or Google Play Store.
2◦ Sign up for an account in seconds or log in.
3◦ Verify your bank account details so payments can be securely processed via our financial services provider, Stripe, when you make a sale.
4◦ Upload a listing in a matter of seconds

Download the app to start selling
Use our consignment service
No time? Lean on us.
1◦ Drop us a line on hello@youngloved.com briefly outlining the items you want to sell with us (categories, brands, sizes, condition). Include a batch photo of items if you can.
2◦ Send us your stuff (we offer personal pick up in some areas of London).
3◦ We’ll do the rest for you - spruce, steam, photograph, list, ship when sold.

Donate 2 ways
1◦ List items yourself as free/£0
2◦ Donate items to us - we’ll sell them - the profits go to charity.
Any items we can’t sell will be donated to Little Village HQ
How to Buy
If you’re the kind of person who understands the value in choosing preloved, you’re our kinda person!
1◦ Sign up for an account in seconds or log in.
You can do this by downloading the Young Loved app for FREE on the App Store or Google Play Store OR Sign up/log in via our website.
2◦ Fill in our quick questionnaire
This lets us personalise your experience while browsing. If you want to complete this step at a later date, that’s fine – just press skip and you can always find the questionnaire under settings > profile > edit preferences.
3◦ Browse preloved goodness
Search an item via the search bar or filter down by category, brand, size, and more.
4◦ Send messages
Ask sellers specific questions about items or ask them to bundle items together to save on postage, if you’re after a few of their items.
5◦ Add to basket & checkout
You have the option to ‘buy now’ or ‘add to basket’ if you want to keep browsing and checkout later. Items from different sellers will need to be checked out in separate transactions.
And that’s it – kick back knowing you’ve made a sustainable choice and wait for your preloved item(s) to arrive at their new home.
